The selection of the winner, prizes, products and services is subject to sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and whose decision is final. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The award winner and guest must sign an affidavit of eligibility, a waiver of liability, within 10 days of the date on the notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If the prize is won by a minor, the winner’s parent or legal guardian must sign all required documents. The guest of the winner is required to be at least 18 years of age.
